Originally from Malaysia, Carl worked as a General Manager and Senior Corporate stints in and around South East Asia spanning across Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia and Thailand. With a foundation in Sales & Marketing up to a senior level in this position Carl moved in to Operations as Executive Assistant Manager in Vietnam with a Sofitel resort and then as General Manager in other ASEAN postings with various hotel management chains.
